win7/XPS420/ATI TV wonder digital?

I am getting all sorts of different results on whether the ATI TV WONDER
Digital cable Tuner External is compatible with Windows 7 Pro or not.
Has anyone here happened to install Windows 7 Pro that also has this
external tuner that might be able to answer this definitively for me?
