That's likely a leftover from when Dell didn't include the CD. The Dell
DVD is pretty much the same as the regular DVD.

Default Vista DVD

Noticed this in the FAQ:

Question - Where can I get the Windows CD?

Answer - Email or Chat with Dell. Explain your situation and the Dell
representative should issue you the Windows CD.

Does this mean the "Windows Vista Home Premium Reinstallation DVD" is
not the same as a Home Premium DVD purchased at retail? As a practical
matter, what are the differences? Does that item in the FAQ mean it's
possible to obtain a "real" Vista DVD from Dell?
