Default True Image 11 or Ghost 12 with Vista?

Any recommendations? Which seems to work the best with Vista?

P.S. - a friend just received an Inspiron 530 desktop---seems to be
running fairly zippy with Vista, but oh my, what an ugly looking
machine! What were Dell designers thinking?!

"make it as cheap as an EMachine, and try like hell to make it look just
like an HP. Maybe the blue LEDs will make them sell."

Purely a guess on my part.

georgie,
I have been successful making backups using True Image "10" on a Dell DIM
E521 with Vista Home Premium installed. With the program installed on the
PC, and/or running the backup from the CD.

I don't use either, but from what I understand TI can create images either
from within Windows or from a rescue CD, and restore from either way. With
Ghost you can only create from Windows, though you can restore either way.
A Ghost rescue CD won't create an image.

Both seem to have their fans and both are designed to work with Vista, but
it seems to me TI is more flexible.
