Screen flicker when BT radio enabled

Hello all,

Inspiron E1505, Win XP Pro

When ever I have the BT radio enabled, I get a screen flicker. This isn't a
FULL screen flicker.....in OE almost everything flickers: all folders, all
message headers, and all contacts; but most title bars, the toolbars and
everything else in OE is fine. Just writing this post in OE, the "News
Server:" drop down in the ?header? is flickering between bold font & regular
font--that is the onlything going on in OE's "?compose message?" window.

If I remember correctly, in Windows Explorer I get a flicker similar to OE's
flicker. The folders & files flicker like the window is being refreshed.

Don't know what the affects are in other apps.

This flicker has a very steady frequency to it. It occurs aprox. ever 1
sec. and it's duration is just a split sec.

Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know what is going on?
