QUERY: Dell to rebuild factory partitions

Is it possible to send back laptop and get Dell to reinstall all factory partitions, OS, RECOVERY, DIRECTMEDIA, etc?

Or does someone know a good partition auto repair tool?

My Dell Vostro 1400 laptop seems to be okay, but the partition table is little bit messed up, especially the entry for DELL UTILITY.
