Since I have a stranglehold on the obvious, I'm guessing you have a small
form factor chassis GX270, and therefore need a recommendation on a
low-profile AGP card?

Yes it is AGP too. I'm told that the onboard graphics arent too clever
on the GX270 , so just wondered if i could beef it up a bit, regards ,

Right. I do not think I've seen low-profile AGP cards with more than 32MB of
memory. AFAIK, Dell and IBM were the only two name brands to build systems
with low-profile slots, so the choice of cards is less than overwhelming. Still,
a 32MB card would improve over the built-in Intel graphics, but would not WOW
you with Vista... Ben Myers

Enter the search term

low profile agp

into the search box at www.newegg.com

The best is an ATI 9600 or an Nvidia 6200. Both are 128MB and likely Vista
Aero compatible (I know you're on XP).

I doubt either comes with the proper bracket, but do a little digging on the
list and you'll find one.
