Default Does Dell give you the full Vista OEM CD?

Seems to be some confusion as to whether Dell gives you the full OEM
CD, or just a "recovery CD" that contains an image of the Dell
installation.

Sometimes you want to add a component that didn't get installed, and
you need the CD. If Dell just sends you a Recovery CD, then that
won't help you.

Anyone know what Dell sends you if you get Vista?

Dell always sends a full oem cd/dvd. There may be a recovery partition
on the hard drive.

No one here is confused. It is not a recovery DVD. It is a full install
DVD.

Although at one time they were charging $10 for the CD. Is this still their
practice?
