Default Difference Between HG-445 and XG-717 duplexer models for Dell 3110cn/Dell 3115cn printers

Hello,

I have a Dell 3115cn color laser printer. At some point I would like
to get a duplexer. The Dell site lists the part number XG717 for the
duplexing unit that works with both the Dell 3110cn and the Dell
3115cn.

However there are other places on the Internet with the HG445
duplexer, that claim that it works with the Dell 3110cn and Dell
3115cn.

Is it the same unit with just a different part number, or are they
actually incompatible?

Thank you for reading-
