My Dell wireless keyboard went south with four keys needing to be
mashed down to be effective (SHIFT, CTRL, and both ENTER keys. I
called Dell Tech Support yesterday, about noon, and explained the
situation to a lady (in the USA). She took down some information and
told me she would send out a new keyboard/optical mouse combo. and to
expect it within 5 to 7 days.
It arrived today via DHL, about 24 hours after the call to tech
support.

Nice to hear some good news for a change. Nobody comes here to post
good news
Actually, though, that's been my experience too. I've had to send
laptops in for repair three times. DHL picks it up and returns it. The
average is less than 48 hours from pickup to return. That's pretty
impressive.
