I got a message from Dell Support to upgrade to Dell Support Center. Did
that.
Wouldn't you think the word "upgrade" means replace the old version with the
new version? I guess not!!! Both the old Dell Support & the new Dell
Support Center icons are in my system tray/notification area.
What's up with that?!?!?!
I guess I have to manually uninstall the old one, huh?
Uninstall both. They are mostly marketing gimmicks.

Well I fell for it with my XPS410, the Dell Support Center 2.0 and got
two BSOD's which scared me to death. Uninstalled it and everything is
ok again. Won't fall for it again.
