Dell laptop 1520 & lo-jack service

My daughter's laptop for grad school came with the lo-jack (discs) 2 year
service. Any thoughts on the program, suggestions for the install, problems,
etc.?

Works great. We recovered an employee's stolen laptop via the service. The
recovery would have been much speedier if the Chicago Police Dept. had given
a crap. So instead of getting it back in 48 hours, it took about 6 months.
