Did I ever tell you the 6 most frightening words a tech support person
can here??

"NEVER MIND! I FIXED IT MYSELF!" ;-)

My biggest problems are often caused by one of the nurses I support
having a spouse or friend who wants to "help out".... :-(

Reminds me of the sign in my auto mechanic's office, paraphrased as follows:

Labor charge - $40 per hour
Labor charge, if you watch - $60 per hour
Labor charge, if you help out - $100 per hour

Still, my blood pressure does not go up at all if people watch me while I work.
The unsolicited help is another problem. A few years ago, I had a wonderful
attentive audience of maybe 20 kids watching me repair a computer in the
childrens' section of a public library... Ben

" I gotta cousin who's a real wizard with computers and he......."

Which begs the response (from me):

"Yeah, if he's such a genius why are you even talking to me?"
