Hi...they cancelled one exchange order why two calls to two techs and they can`t tell me.Called XPS tech support and he doesn`t understand the order. Some of it is straight forward but....Question....they list an 250 gig hard drive and an 80 gig hard drive the system I am returning has a 250.Also a question of memory...The system I am sending back has two gigs @ 667mtz...they list the two gigs like for like but at the bottom they have a 512 @ 533 mtz which would if I understand take the clock speed of the two gigs down to 533. Also I am confused about the drives.They list a combo 48X/dvd burner and at the bottom another Dvd burner...Can any one make heads or tails of this order? Both techs could not clairfy the order,,,I am confused but thats pretty normal for me anyway...Any way thanks...I know I should just wait for it to arrive and see for myself but is this not an unusual configuration.Peace, Harry
