ok I had to change my computers the other day because my first one wouldnt turn on, tried every thing but nothing worked and it still isnt turning on. so anyway I put all my harddrives into another tower that works and now I am getting error messages. See I use a null modem cable and when I tried to use this program that I have I keep getting an error message stating that serial port cannot be found. Can anyone help me and is there a way to fix this problem?
