Default HP m8120n Motherboard

I want to update the motherboard on my m8120n HP, I looked on hps website and they dont have anything for driver updates what so ever. I checked Asus for the motherboard(Asus P5BW-LA) and there is nothing on the website. Im guessing its some sort of custom HP board, but is there some way of updating its drivers and what not? I took a look into my device manager under system devices, and found intel, P965/g965 not sure if that means anything. Im completely lost about how to go about upgrading the board. I checked on the intel site about motherboard drivers and all I found was graphic drivers. Im running Windows Vista home premium, 32bit, service pack 1. If you need the rest of the systems specs,

Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.
