Default Help with Radeon X1950 Pro

So I just reformatted my computer and I start to install all the drivers again, but when I went to install the driver for the X1950 it never completed and wasnt installed correctly. I restarted my computer and now every time the desktop shows up I get a system shutdown because of the card. I am currently on the computer with the problem but using a x550 card. The x1950 was working perfectly before the format. I would like to get some help on what I can do to get this card working again.

My method so far is this:

1. Uninstall the x550 driver
2. Put the x1950 card in the pci-e slot
3. start up the computer
4. system crashes.
5. try to install through safe mode

Nothing that I have done has worked so far. It should work because I have had this card in the computer for about 2 years now and now when I try to put it in again I get the crash.
