I just cleaned out my PC and after that my PC don't start or boot up anymore, what I've done before is that I put out the Processor Heatsink and the fan out of the PC so that i can clean it! But when i finished cleaning it and boot it up, it don't start boot up anymore.
I bought a new Video card coz i thought it my be the problem since the monitor says THE MONITOR IS WORKING PROPERLY PLEASE CHECK YOUR PC OR CONNECTION but it does not work either.
What I did next is I checked out my old VIDEO CARD and I put on to the other PC that i borrowed and It works fine..
Then, I checked out my Memory by putting it to my other PC and it also works fine.
And then, I checked out my hardisk by putting it to my other PC and it also works fine.
Also, I checked out my powersupply and it seems to work fine as well. Same with the floppy drive and the CD-ROM
WHAT I'M SUSPECTING IS THE PROCESSOR HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR NOT WORKING SINCE I CLEANED IT. Can cleaning the Processor fan and the THERMAL PASTE and the Heatsink would cause the processor to be worn out or to be damaged?
Next is that, I'm also suspecting that it is probably my motherboard.. I'm not sure though. The LED or the Motherboard STATUS lead is in a COLOR YELLOW or LIGHT GREEN i think.. what does this light status mean?
What do you think whats the problem guys?.... I really need your help ASAP.. thanks....

No, unless you tried to run it without the heatsink or unless the heatsink is mounted improperly (when there is a gap between the CPU and the heatsink).

Mother Board: P4UBDD-X
Yes it is possible that when you put the heatsink back you applied too much pressure and damaged the motherboard, however I think that the most likely scenario is the short circuit somewhere. Double-check that the motherboard is not touching the bare metal of the computer case.
I couldn't find anything about the P4UBDD-X model - any other markings on the board?
