Default Gigabyte mboard to frontier chassis faudio connections

Just built new system and all is wonderful except for the front panel audio connections. The Gigabyte motherboard manual (GA-N650SLI - DS4L) gives the pin assinments but my Frontier technology "Shinobi" chassis has the wires labeled differently.
Does anyone have experience of this and can tell me what to connect where?
The board and the front panel are HD audio if that helps.

All help appreciated

Have you tried looking in 'Sticky link' section? also a post in the Gigabyte Mobo section might yield results.

I use a Gigabyte mobo and found that some of the plugs were smaller than the sockets on the mobo but would only fit one way and this happened to be in the middle of the socket leaving a tiny space at either side, luckily for me they were the USB sockets, I ended up double double checking when I built mine many moons ago.... I found the manual's very amusing with very poor translation.
