I just bought a new toshiba laptop this week. I installed a kodak program from a disk, then i did the recovery disc. the next day i tried to play a dvd and a cd and neither would work. The disc spins but nothing pops up to prompt me what i want to do. i have set it so i should be prompted when a disc in inserted, and i've also tried setting to autoplay, still nothing happens. Can you help???
