Default 3d rage pro agp 2x OR nvidiatnt2 m64/32m

I recently got my hands on a compaq { amd duron cpu,i upgraded it from a Me to Xp .and did a system wide upgrade soft and hard.}

im trying to use it for media.but videos/game graphics suck.

3d rage pro agp 2x ,and
nvidia tnt2 m64/32m
are the only cards i have .which should i use...
any help will be appreciated.

I'd try a post in Video section on the Usenet boards, you might get a reply with someone who's had 'hands on experience'.

I'm no gamer, obviously a memory card will have its limits on what type games it can handle here's some data on Video Card Mysteries
