2nd DIMM Won't Work

I bought a second DIMM for my PC and once I installed it the PC wouldn't turn on. The DIMMS are identical, and each one works in either of my 2 slots, but if they're both installed then nothing works. My mobo is the crappy ASUS M2N MX SE Plus. Any ideas?
