Default Solved: Nero CD Copy error "path is invalid"

PROBLEM

When attempting to copy a CD using Nero 7, you keep getting the error
message "path is invalid" for the location of the tempimage.nrg. The
path looks to be OK on casual inspection.

SOLUTION

Change the path to something known and simple, e.g. "C:\Temp"

DISCUSSION

The path for storing the temporary image file was in fact
erroroneous. The path was entered at "D:\D&S\MyDox\tempimage.nrg",
but Nero changed it to "D:\DS\MyDox\tempimage.nrg".

Evidently Nero can't handle the ampersand character in a path, even
though it is a valid Windows file system character.

In addition, Nero isn't smart enough to prompt for the creation of the
path or subfolder if it does not exist, leaving the user to guess as
to what the problem is.
