Slim 2CD jewel cases with clear trays?

Sorry that this question isn't really on-topic, but does anyone know
of any good sites on the Internet where I can order slim double CD
jewel cases with clear trays, especially the ones that have the "2 CD"
logo on the front in the upper left corner? In the past I've tried
eBay, but I seem to remember finding them only in quantities either
much too large or too small for me - I need about 6-12 or so,
depending on price. Any help will be well-appreciated - thanks.

If you have a Micro Center store nearby, they sell a 2-disc SLIM (not
JEWEL) case (won't take an insert), 10 for $4.99. I don't have a label
for the last batch I bought but you may find them on their web site,
probably under "media storage", the sign they use in the store.
