problem with nero 8

But by installing Nero 8 2 window came up
First window (this application has failed to start because gccore.dll
was not found. Re installing the application my fix it.)
Second window (unable to register c:\program files\common files\lib
\nmavdio cd contenthandler.dll error-2147221164 Class not registered)
Error=340
Facitlty=4

Now my Nero 8 is installed I can not open Nero Vision and this error
message comes up (this application has failed to start because
gccore.dll was not found. Re installing the application my fix it.)
