Nero Won't let me Burn DVD Video?

I go into Nero SmartStart and choose DVD, where I click on make DVD
video, it gives me a list: where I can't make a DVD - just a video CD.

What am I doing wrong?

Only option is to make a video CD which is not quite what I want.
Using Nero 7.5.7.0.

Sometimes a newer version of Nero is required for it to recognize newer
optical drives. Maybe this is such a case.

No, I didn't have the burn rights correct. I gave everyone burn
rights and it seems to be working.

You have the OEM version. You'll need the full version to burn DVDs.
