Default Nero 7 Vision 4 false representation, unexpected behaviour

Hello everybody!
Will region 5 DVD players playback region 1 DVD-videos, created in the
Nero 7 Vision 4? How to turn off the region 1 mark in the Nero 7
Vision 4? How to prevent a frame drop every second in a progressive
scan PAL DVD-video, created in the Nero 7 Vision 4 from a prossibly
interlaced scan NTSC video file? How to prevent 5.1 audio downmix to 2
channels in "Automatic" quality mode in the Nero 7 Vision 4?
Why does not www.nero.com has a forum? The nero support does not
reply.
Best regards,
Dima

From my experience and expert input: the region marking of DVD-Video
cannot be written by normal software to normal recording hardware. Try
as you will, software purporting to let you set the region (e.g.,
DVDShrink) does not do what it says. All burned discs come out region 0.
Note that Nero 6 does not even give you a place to set the region since
such a setting will have no effect.

Since I am still running Nero 6, I cannot address your other questions.
I have guesses - such as the frame drop being an artifact of 25 to 29.97
fps - but prefer not to guess at all.

Mike

Dear Mike,
Yes, you are right about the region code!

Thanks smh for the links!
How to burn "magic of flight.mpg" video file (downloaded from e-mule)
to a DVD-Video? Nero Vision 4 downmixes 5.1 audio to 2 channels,
although I did not set Vision to downmix. How to prevent the
downmixing?
Nero Vision 4 drops 5 frames in a row and leaved other 25 frames
intact every second to "convert" NTSC video to PAL DVD. This leads to
losses of some movements in the video. How to really convert NTSC
video to PAL DVD?
Should I make a progressive scan DVD from an interlaced video for a
better quality of playback on a progressive scan DVD player and a
progressive scan TV?
Best regards,
Dima
