Upgraded to v8.5 Catalyst driver for Vista and mouse clicking fails.
Hello!
Is it me or is v8.5 Vista Catalyst driver (upgraded from previous
versions) bad? I noticed my Vista's log in screen can't be clicked (have
to use the keyboard navigation). If I remove the login screen and use
one user in Vista, then I cannot click on my Start Menu, task bar,
desktop icons, etc. I can make a box on my desktop. Any opened windows
on desktop can't be clicked on either.
Is anyone else having this problem too? I tried with and without Control
Center. I am using an old ATI Radeon 9600 AIW card on an old ASUS K8V SE
Deluxe machine. I am only using one monitor (Samsung SyncMaster LCD
213t). I can reproduce this on multiple Vista installations. I am not
using SP1 and not using IE8 beta. I do have all updates.
Thank you in advance.

My mouse has been behaving sluggishly since upgrading to 8.5 so I've reverted
to 8.4 and it seems "better" (hard to define...it's a feeling when using the
mouse).
