Theater 550 Vista

Hi ! I bought a theater 550 pcie last month, and placed it in my
computer, a c2d 2.13GHz, 2G, X1300 PRO passive cooling. I quickly came
to vista media center, and after setting all parameters accordingly, I
saw a big lag problem when watching cable TV. Most of the time, after
a few seconds to a few minutes, display and entire computer freezes
almost completely. Eventually, status pops and says "tv signal lost,
check cable..."
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. some other tv software work

hi, does an ati theater 550 pro pci-e x1 perform better on the pci-e
x4 port ?

From what I know, the Theater 550 is only available as a 1x-board. If
used in a 4x-port, it will still be 1x.
