Default Recommendation Please

I just upgraded my system to a Intel MB with a 2 core quad, 4 gig ram, vista
ultimate and I have my old ATI X800 and HDTV Wonder.

I like to upgrade the video card, ATI X800 to something better. I have the
HP W2207 monitor and will have a second one shortly. I mainly use it for HD
video and photography work.

What are your suggestions?

Well, I only update about every 3 to 4 years, unless something great comes
along and so far I spend on the items below about $1500 and I am kind of num
from that, but the video card does not hack it.

I don't want to spend more then $250.00 if I can help it and it has to work
with my Ati HDTV card.
