Recent series of 9800 Pro not working for multiple monitors?

Yes, and I'm afraid the issue is contained within the boards.

Worst case is I have to use the DVI --> VGA adapter on the secondary
machine. Not a big deal to not use digital.

You Actually bought from someone with that kind of rating? This is a
joke -- YES NO. If you bought from someone like that you deserve the
problems you are experiencing.
