noisy HD 2600 XT AGP

Hi.

Anyone knows of any nice fan controlling software for this card? Tried
the atitool but when i try to start it it just semi-hangs @ 99%
processor load.

Is it even possible to adjust the fan on this board? If not, anyone
got any hints on a third party heatsink that works well with this one?
