Issue on Measuring 3D Frame Rate

I want to measure the frame rate of a 3D game that does NOT offer a command
to display the frame rate (Resident Evil 4). Is it possible to do so???

Fraps is one possibility. Get it from www.fraps.com.

Besides just simple benchmarking, you can take screen captures or even
video captures of your preferred games with it.
