Blue/yellow vertical stripes

Lately my screen has had about 1-inch wide vertical stripes in blue or
yellow, depending on the background (blue on black, yellow on white).
It changes when windows are moved/opened/minimized, video is played,
or sometimes when the mouse moves. Any ideas what's causing it or how

Check your card's fan for function and dust buildup. Possible memory module
getting flaky as well.
