It's actually spelled "Vista", and yes, ATI's drivers do include a tray
icon, although you can disable it.

has this:
Supported OSes: Windows 2000, Windows XP (including 64 bit version),
Windows 2003 (including 64 bit version). Windows 9x/ME is not
supported!

There are forums linked from there. Maybe you can look there.

I tried, but it didn't install. Using 64-bit vi$ta.
