ATI's Radeon TV-Out program Worst than nVIDIA TV-Out Program

I used nVIDIA TV-out program and displayed perfect TV-output at TV
resolution screen.
I changed Ati's radeon 9250 and installed Ati TV-out program but
can't get a perfect screen.
ATI CATALYST program does not support multiply display so I can't get
a picture at TV screen.
I did not had that problem with nVIDIA. Is ATI other TV-OUT program
other than CATALYST?
I don't like CATLYST control software.
