Default ATI and NVIDIA lose bid to keep suit info sealed (link)

http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1202422773207

OP editorializes: While not technical news or info, developments in this
case are of significant financial and legal interest to certain NG readers.

SPOILER ALERT: NVIDIA and ATI/AMD know that their price fixing
collusions are likely to be proven by documentary evidence and they are
trying every legal trick in the book to prevent the also likely Class
certification and that includes calling dubious documents 'trade
secrets', but the Judge has out right stated that "[If I try this case],
nothing will be under seal".

Wait until we all find out how much we were ******* over.

So which one is a bigger rip-off, the $800 nVidia GF8800Ultra or the $1500
Intel QX9770? :-)

You know a CPU is badass when they offer a free gas card with purchase...
