When I first installed the CCC, my alt+c combination was taken over (I need
it for a modified character in my alphabet). I eventually figured out that
disabling the CCC hotkeys solved this problem.
I've just installed cat 7.3 and the issue is back. However, this time
disabling the hotkeys does not return the keypress event to the OS. Does
anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
You might try a free program called SharpKeys 2.1.1

Maybe unselecting it in the hotkeys manager will free it up. At least on my system
that worked to disable it.
