QVL Ram comptability

Hi Guys,
would appreciate some advice on Ram Compatability for ths ASAS Mainboard
M3A32-MVP-Deluxe-WiFi AM2+ Skt. What I purchased before finding out if it
was compatatble was the following Ram:

DDR2-1066 Corsair 4GB-Kit[TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF G] Dominator series(2xXMS2
2GB) PC-8500 RAM, 2x240-pin DIMMs, Non ECC, Unfuffered 5-5-5-15 with
Dominator airflow fan

Will this Ram be compatatble with the Mobo

I have that memory in use on a P5E-WS-PRO board, it is not on the QVL
for my board, and the SPD has conservative settings, so the board
detects it as 800MHz, I have to manually set it for 1066MHz 5-5-5-16-2T
and it is fine.

I suspect you'll be OK, but as it's not on the QVL there's no come-back
if it's not ...
