Default P5VD2-VM Bios Update

Hi all, OK I've downloaded the latest Bios for my board "P5VD2VM1202.zip"
now I don't know what to do with it, I've unzipped it, the read me file
tells me nothing, so I have the AWDFLASH.exe and the 1202.bin file. My
manual tells me to use EZ Flash 2 utility but this does not see my USB flash
drive even though it is formatted as FAT32.
What other options do I have? I can't find anything anywhere on the ASUS
site that is helpful, the only thing I eventually found about updating the
P5VD2-VM Bios goes on about using a floppy disc, but I don't have one.
Can someone please point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

I have tried again, this time the flash drive was seen and the 1202 bin file
loaded, so I now have Bios version 1202 installed.
