Default p5n-t and ad1988 realtek issue.. coax and analog audio wont come outat same time

I cant seem to crack this one.. but when i play audio on the pc, using
the latest driver (and the older one too).. i cannot get the audio to
go through both the (green jack) analog speakers and the coax port at
the same time. I had this problem on an older asus board and it was
solved by using a specific older driver for the realtek internal
audio.. but i'm not finding many hits on this so far..

If you play a dolby digital mpg, it comes out the coax port just
fine.. no audio on the green though.. if you play a regular mp3.. it
only comes out the analog.. granted, you can go in and set the digital
coax as default.. then the mp3 will come out of the mains, rather than
the analog, but not both..

Has anyone run into this? Possible solutions? Again, with the old
board i installed an older driver and it worked fine, so far no luck
in that area.

This is under Vista x64.

Cheers
