Default OT - recommendations for video card on a P5E3

I'm trying to figure out what the best video card would be for my
needs and compatible with the P5E3 board. My focus is not on games,
however I'm running apps for video editing (After FX) and 3D (Cinema
4D). So I need all the latest opengl options, etc. I will not be
running sli or crossfire. Back to the games, I would like to
occasionally play games and have a card that doesn't break a sweat.
Budget, ::gulp:: ,between 250 - and uggg, 400. I will be running a
quad core if that makes any difference. Adobe After FX seems to lean
more towards Nvidia cards, only because the Adobe compatibility list
is way longer for those cards, plus I know in the past (earlier CS3)
had some issues with some ATI cards. That said my current ATI card
(older system) works fine. An HDMI output would be sweet as an
option. HDCP , i have a vague idea of what it is , but it sounds
like a scam

Thanks
Stuart
