Default Need PCI-X board - Preferably with VIA chipset

I need to upgrade my motherboard for a specific add-on card. I need a
PCI-X slot. I prefer to have a VIA chipset over the nVidia. Has Asus
made a board with this? It does not have to be this years model.

A "Workstation" board is most likely to have PCI-X, and the motherboard
might fit in an ordinary computer case. Server boards also can have
PCI-X, but the board will be bigger. An example "WS" here.

P5E WS Professional

2 x PCIe 2.0 x16
1 x PCIe x1
2 x PCI
1 x PCI-X

You didn't mention what kind of processor you wanted to run, and
why you wanted a VIA chipset, of all things. So your
question could stand a few more details. Like, are you
expecting integrated graphics or something ? Maybe if you
explained the application, like "I'm building a file server,
and cost of motherboard doesn't matter, but the board
has to be small and not consume a lot of power". The more
details, the more focused the answer.
