Motherboard

Does anyone have a Asus P5L vm 1394 Motherboard. I would like to ask a
question on the operation, of overclocking. settings. on boot up a message
comes up saying overclocking failed or memory out of perimeter.press F1 for
setup up or F2 to continue, pressing F2 it will boot and work ok. If I enter
setup and pick any of the three choices, nothing changes. upgraded Bios to
latest 0901, reset comos still same problem. ASUS is no help! Does any one
have a idea. thanks
