Default Which motherboard?

I just ordered a P5N32-E-SLI Plus and received a P5B Premium
Vista along with it. Obviously I can't use both. I have a duo core
Intel CPU and the first board states it supports the duo and quad CPU.
I don't want to open either one because one of them is going back.
From all the experienced people out there, which board should I keep?
Thanks,
Bob

Never mind, I've found thru reseach that the P5B Premier Vista is a
