Default Does the original P5Q (non-Pro, non-Deluxe) have a serial port?

From Newegg's pics I think I see a COM1 port on the P5Q. Does
Asus include an I/O bracket and cable for this port?

Thanks in advance.

Download the manual from support.asus.com or support.asus.com.tw .

The board has a 2x5 header on the motherboard surface. You'd need
to purchase a PCI slot bracket and ribbon cable assembly, to make
use of the header.

An example of the Everex wired adapter is here. There is another
style available, but this one has the Asus pinout. You want
to buy this one.

The DTK wired one, is not Asus compatible, and is shown here
for reference.

They're cheap enough, that you can own one of each.

Thank you Paul. I don't know if anyone ever thanks you for
all your help around here, but it's definitely appreciated.
