Umbilical for display broken (TravelMate 354 TE)

Hi,

is it possible for me, to change an umbilical (or what do you say for
this couple of wires?) between the motherboard and the display?

The power-wire for the background-light of the TFT is nearly broken.

Also broken is the brown plastic-frame of the TFT - so i can take some
glue for it, when i change the wires...

Where can i buy such wires?

Does someone know the colour of the wires for the background-light?
