Acer 4233 wlmi Dvd Unfuctionally - Service Manual¿?

I'm asking these book, because I have problems with dvd reader. Sometimes, when I insert a dvd or cd, the dvd reader starts giving rounds the cd, but when i'm going to MyPC->d:dvd-rom, says to me: please insert cd. If i move the laptop then starts to read and i can see the cd content. I supose that's a bad connection cable. Any help? Thank you a lot!
