Ability to upgrade Acer computers

Just bought an Acer Aspire E380 (I think) and I already need to upgrade
the power supply to install a graphics card. I am wondering if anyone
knows how well Acer cases take other types of upgrades.

The 380 uses a standard ATX power supply. You should have no problem.
