Default Onboard sound problems - Abit AN-M2HD.

I was having BSOD issues so I flashed my bios to the latest version (don't remember the number). Turned out I had bad ram, so I replaced the sticks and now all is fine.

But I've lost my ability to play sounds. This mobo uses the Realtek HD drivers. So I updated to the latest drivers from the Realtek site, disabled the HDMI sound in the bios in case that was causing a conflict, but still no sounds. I did uninstall the old sound drivers before installing the new.

Anybody been through this and solved it before?

Thanks \

RMB
