Over temp or fan failure alarm. Check the cpu heatsink & fan for
proper installation.
I've experienced this before and it was the overtemperature alarm. Try
opening up your pc and vauum cleaning out any dust that is blocking the
fans - especially CPU fan.

If I run the ABIT EQ software on my NF7-S, it consistently alarms. I don't
know why, temps are fine. I'm thinking that for some reason, it's picking
up a slower revolution speed on the CPU fan. I have the same fan/heatsink
on the NF7-S as I do on an ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe, and MBM5 picks up two
different speeds on the boards. The ASUS CPU fan shows up at twice the
speed of the NF7-S. Not sure why that is.
